In Payables responsibility, When trying to calculate taxes, the following error is returned:
Unable calculate the Tax, An error message is returned:
'Payables could not calculate the tax due to : An unexpected error has occured.'
'Payables could not calculate the tax due to : An unexpected error has occured.'
Steps:
1 Payables responsibility,
2 Goto Invoices Form
3 Enter the invoice heahder form
4 Enter the Invoice Lines with the right information,
5 Save the invoice
6 HIt on calculate OR validate the Invoice and get the error message:
In addition no taxes are returned / calcualted to the invoice.
From the FND debug, the following error is found
