Advanced Collections: Total Amount In Open Lines Form Does Not Match With Amout of Selected Transactions

Symptoms
When querying the transactions in the Open Lines form, the total amount does not match with the amount of the selected transactions. The case is related to transactions with installments.
Responsibility: Collections Agent Navigation: Collections 1. Query the Account in question 2. Click on Transactions tab. The information is correctly displayed 3. Go to Open Lines form (Account Tab > View Open Lines Listing) 4. Select all records 5. The total shown in the upper right side of the form does not match with the total for Selected Transactions at the bottom of the form. For transactions with installments, not all records are summarized.
