G-Inv : 7600B - Unable To Generate PDF When Line Contains Special Chars In FSC/PSC Code Field. (Doc ID 2924645.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, G-Invoicing

After applying patch 34362313:R12.PO.D (To view 7600B PDF),
when attempting to approve a new IGT order or attempting to approve a new modification created for an IGT order which was created prior to patch 34362313:R12.PO.D, the following error occurs if FSC or PSC Code contains special characters like ";" or "&".

ERROR
Request Id xxxxxx to generate 7600B failed.
'PO IGT Generate PDF concurrent request log shows following error.
Exception occurred : oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row


STEPS
1. Go to to Purchasing responsibility that has IGT Order manager role.
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center -> Orders -> IGT Orders.
3. Create an IGT Order prior to patch 34362313:R12.PO.D (To view 7600B PDF) -be sure that the lines utilize an FSC or PSC Code containing characters “;” or “&”
4. Submit for Approval and Approve the IGT order.
 --If the patch is not there for 7600B the order will go through approval without issue. If the patch is there, the workflow fails with the below error.

Request Id xxxxxx to generate 7600B failed.

5. 'PO IGT Generate PDF' concurrent request log shows following error.

Exception occurred : oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

6. Create a modification for the IGT order.
7. Update FSC or PSC Code on all lines to one that does not contain a special character.
8. Submit the modification for approval.
9. Approval workflow fails with the reported error.
