ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When entering the quality results for an Inventory Segregation Plan no Move Order is created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When entering the quality results for an Inventory Segregation Plan Move Order should be created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Lite Quality BSA -> Workbench -> Nonconformance.
2. Select Org as 313 and select 313 NCM Plan.
3. Click on Add Child Data.
4. Click on Edit 313 INV SEGREGATION PLAN.
5. Enter the required element details.
6. Selecting Launch Action as YES and then click on Finish and the check the 313 INV SEGREGATION PLAN
7. Expecting Move Order Number to be generated.
