Goal
Questions around Usage Billing and Usage Type Contracts Interface from Order Management.
1) On Usage type Contracts, the Billed Field on Contract Header and/or Billing Schedule screens is still blank even though the contract has been billing for many years. It seems that the only place to find out how much has been billed to date is from AR. Is there a new patch or an ER that populates this Billed field on the contract?
2) Warranty/Service Agreements/Subscription type contracts are indeed interfaced from OM to OKS from 12.2+ BUT the Usage type are not interfaced. Is there a patch to leverage this functionality or is there an ER on this? Currently, Usage type Order Lines are created manually in OKS which is very time consuming.
