ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

gmf_xla_extract_headers shows abnormal value in transaction_value column in case of direct organization transfer transaction across OU.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
gmf_xla_extract_headers should show correct value in transaction_value column in case of direct organization transfer transaction across OU.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OPM Financials Responsibility

2. Complete all OPM Financials Month end processes

3. Verify data from gmf_xla_extract_headers for specific TRANSACTION_ID of direct organization transfer transaction across OU.
