Goal

Operation Material is not registered in Workorder if Material is registered in both Route and Operation

Steps:
======
a) Add Material to Route, Add Material to Operation
Navigation:
cMRO -> Engineering -> Route Management -> Create Operation -> Add Materials and save
cMRO -> Engineering -> Route Management -> Create Route -> Add Materials and save

b) Create a Maintenance Requirement(MR) and Attach the Route to the MR.
Navigation:
cMRO -> Engineering -> Fleet Maintenance Program -> Create Maintenance Requirement

c) Create a Visit and attach the Maintenance Requirement(MR) to the visit. Validate and Plan the visit.
Navigation:
cMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work Package -> Create Visit and Plan the Visit.

d) Perform Push To Production (P2P) and Release as Workorder.
Navigation:
cMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work Package -> Select the Visit and Select 'Push To Production and Release as Workorder'

e) Find that Registered Material in the Operation is not registered with Workorder, Only the Materials registered in the Route are registered in Workorder.

Navigation:
cMRO -> Execution -> Production Planning -> Workorders -> Search for the Visit and select the workorder.

f) Also, When Material is registered with only Operation and release it as Workorder, the Material registered in the Operation is registered in the Work Order.

So, If Materials were registered in both Route and Operation, it appears that Workorder does not have an Operation Material registered.

Is this the expected behavior?
