CMRO Return To Supply Flag Error: Task Number XX - Instance belonging to this task is already marked for Return to Supply in another task (Doc ID 2925440.1)

Problem Statement
When attempting to create a new Task with RTS(Return to Stock) flag set, if previous Workorder(with RTS flag set) is cancelled the following error occurs.

ERROR
Task Number 6 - Instance belonging to this task is already marked for Return to Supply in another task

STEPS
1. Login to Oracle Applications

2. Cancel the Work order:
Navigation:
cMRO -> Execution -> Workorders -> Search for the Visit number and Cancel the Workorder for this Visit.

3. Update the Visit
Navigation:
cMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work Package -> Search for a Visit and try to update the Visit by create a new Task.

4. Try to add the RTS flag to that task and save. Get the error mentioned above.

Notice that: For Unassociated task system doesn't allow to add the RTS flag to a task once the existing RTS flagged task is cancelled.
