GST: Taxes Added At Internal Requisition Are Not Flowing To Receipt (Doc ID 2925490.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Taxes added to Internal Requisition are not flowing to receipt when the receipt is created for the internal requisition.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Taxes at the internal requisition should flow to the receipt.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing > Requisitions > Requisition.
2. Create Internal requisition.
3. Go to Tools > India tax details and add taxes.
4. Navigate to India Local Purchasing > Receiving > Receipts.
5. Create a receipt for the previously created Internal requisition.
6. Go to Tools > India tax details and find that there are no taxes for the receipt.
