Symptoms
When modifying existing text on a formula using Edit Text function the below errors occur.
This worked correctly before applying patches which upgraded the file version SYTXTSEL.fmb from 12.0.14.12020000.4 to 12.0.14.12020000.5.
ERROR

ORA-03123: Operation would block
ORA-01403: no data found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation --> Formulator -- > Formulas
2. Query Formula
3. Click on the Menu, Actions --> Edit Text
4. Click on General Text
5. Click on Edit Text button
6. Errors occur and then text editor screen is displayed.
Changes
Form SYTXTSEL.fmb version during patching was upgraded from version 12.0.14.12020000.4 to version 12.0.14.12020000.5
