PO Revision History Form Not Showing Revisions Of PO That Includes Changes In The PO Header (Doc ID 2925590.1)

Goal

When updating a PO:
If you just Unreserve the PO, while it does put it into Requires Reapproval status, it does not increment Revision.
If you just update the Header Description it also does not increment the Revision, and also leaves the status in Approved.

But if you Unreserve first, then make change to Header Description, then save, it increments Revision.

Why is this?
