ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Noticed that appraisals are not completed on Appraisal page after employee provided final feedback and are stuck in Pending Appraisee Feedback (APPRFEEDBACK) status on per_appraisals table.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to see appraisal as Completed status on Appraisal page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Employee Self-Service responsibility -> Performance Management -> Click on Appraisal Task from the Plan.
2. Click on Update against the appraisal.
3. Click on Provide Overall Feedback -> Enter Comment and click on Submit.
4. Message is listed -> "The appraisal is complete".
5. Appraisal is not moved to Completed Appraisal section and is still present in Appraisal in Progress section with a status of Pending Appraisee Feedback.
