Instance List Header Row Selection Doesn't Work (Doc ID 2925889.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to utilize the Instance List Table Layout Region with a multi-instance Bill of Material (BOM), the header region does not display at Runtime.

In the UI, the "Display Header Row" checkbox is unchecked. If you check it, apply it, then open it again, the checkbox is unchecked again.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to see the header details for the model.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility
2. Create a simple Parent model that has a referenced, multi-instantiable child referenced model
3. Modify the UI to include a Instance List Table Layout Region
4. Test the model
5. The header detail is not displayed
