Symptoms


When attempting to open a compensation period, the following error occurs in the The Open Periods Runner concurrent request log

ERROR

100 ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Compensation Manager responsibility
3. Navigate to Setup>Maintain Compensation Periods
4.Try to Open period
