Symptoms
On EAM - Oracle Enterprise Asset Management, 12.2.10 version, COST
Getting the following error after a few minutes of waiting on view Asset Costs including child assets:
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Maintenance Super User
2. [N] Assets tab > Asset Simple Search
3. Query and select an asset number
4. select View: Costs
5. Enter a few months back starting period
6. Tick the Include Child Assets
7. Click Go.
