Poor performance in Shipping Transaction form when placing cursor in the consignee field.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that there is no performance issue clicking in the consignee field.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OM Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping > Transaction
3. Place cursor in consignee field
