Goal

Does Oracle Payroll deliver Tax Withholding Rules for county and city levels? Or is this information delivered with Vertex?

For example: Tax withholding rule for City of Wilmington in State of Delaware is incorrect. When Oracle Payroll calculates Wilmington city tax, it should be taxable for 401K and it is not.
