Users need to upload usage transactions using WebADI. Users need to have to enter hundreds of cost centers and organizations on the non-labor resources defined in the system.The reason the user is adding organizations on the non-labor resources so that intercompany transactions can calculate rates using the transfer price schedule.

1. Is there a way to not to add organizations and still calculate the intercompany rates properly for usage transactions?
2. Is it possible to enter all the cost centers on the screen to load the rates?
3. Is there an API that can update the usage rates?
