BI Publisher: List of Values are not Reflected Correctly Once Selecting them from Job Submission Page on OAP 12.2.5.9.0

Symptoms
When attempting to submit a scheduled job with parameters, then go back and edit the job on the "Report Jobs" page, the parameter value is defaulted to "ALL" whereas it should contain the two parameters that were selected.
It is working when just clicking on the job without editing it, the User will see the parameter values that were created with the job.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Analytics Publisher.
2. Go to Catalog > Shared Folders.
3. Highlight the Report name with Parameters and select Schedule.
3. Fill the Parameter values (e.g. only two values).
4. Submit the Job.
5. Give a Report Job Name.
6. Select Ok.
7. Go to Open > Report Jobs.
8. Edit the Job.
9. The parameter value has defaulted to All.
