Symptoms

Unable to review Revision History for Purchase Orders from Worklist

ERROR

"You Have Insufficient Privileges for the Current Operation"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to  create a standard Purchase Order->PO
3. Forward the PO for approval 
4. Log in the application as the Approver 
5. Open Approval Notification in Worklist
6. Click Revision History
7. Immediately receive the Error message.
