Symptoms

When attempting to run payroll or quickpay, the following error occurs.

Error was encountered when processing assignment
Error was encountered when processing Element Type Tax Information

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
3. Run payroll
4. Get the error
