R12: AP/XLA: Create Accounting for an AP Invoice with Multiperiod Accounting (MPA) is Failing with "A multiperiod journal entry cannot be created because there is no GL period defined corresponding to its GL date"

Symptoms
The user has created an AP invoice with Multiperiod Accounting (MPA) - At invoice lines level, checked the option 'Deferred Option', inserted the following dates on 'Deferred Start Date' <01-Jan-2021> & 'Deferred End Date' <01-Jan-2020> and on the invoice line segment flexfield inserted the Multiperiod Accounting (MPA) trigger.
Further, the accounting is failing with accounting error:
Error Number: 0
Error Message: A multiperiod journal entry cannot be created because there is no GL period defined corresponding to its GL date for the ledger &ledger name. Please check the source values and assignments for multiperiod accounting attributes and modify if necessary.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Subledger Accounting Method is set up as Multiperiod Accounting (MPA).
- Log in a Payables responsibility and create an AP invoice with Multiperiod Accounting (MPA)
- At the invoice lines level, check the option 'Deferred Option', insert the following GL dates on 'Deferred Start Date' <01-Jan-2021> & 'Deferred End Date' <01-Jan-2020> and insert on invoice line segment flexfield the Multiperiod Accounting (MPA) trigger.
- Validate the invoice.
- Run the concurrent program Create Accounting.
- Review the output of the concurrent program Create Accounting - Subledger Accounting Program Report.

The Subledger Accounting Method is set up as Multiperiod Accounting (MPA).
