Symptoms

Problem Statement:

While reviewing the XML process output after running "Dutch Wage Report" process, it was discovered that tags "<IndArbovOnbepTd>", "<IndSchriftArbov>" and "<IndOprov>" are missing in the Income Period section tag "<Inkomstenperiode>" for employees with "Incidental Income Decrease" seeded element added to assignment(s) in middle of the month.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Responsibility.
2. (N) People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Entries > Add seeded element 'Incidental Income Decrease' with effective date from middle of the month (for example: 15th January 2023).
3. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Payroll Run" process for relevant month (for example: January 2023).
4. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Dutch Wage Report Generator" process for relevant month (for example: January 2023).

5. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Dutch Wage Report" using the above "Request ID' as the "Report Generator Request ID" parameter and with Report Type parameter "XML Report" for relevant month (for example: January 2023).
6. After "Dutch Wage Report" process is completed > View Output > Check XML output and observe that tags are missing.
