WIP Completion Transactions Form Does not Show Locator Value (Doc ID 2930239.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to complete the Completion Transactions form, the subinventory name is present in the Subinventory column while the Locator is not.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Subinventory locator should not be null.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Work in Process: Completion Transactions form.
2. Enter job and continue
3. Click 'Continue' from the Kanban number field or the Type field the Locator defaults in on the next form
4. Tab to the Date field before clicking 'Continue' than the Locator is not populated, only the Sub-inventory.
