Price Is Nulled Out On A Requisition Line Brought Back From IProcurement Marketplace

Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Requisition Management
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
For Punchout requisitions, updating deliver to location updates price as 0 and price stays at zero through the rest of the process.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expecting, updating deliver to location should not update price as 0.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iProcurement responsibility -> iProcurement Home page -> Shop -> Stores.
2. Click on OHSU Marketplace.
3. Navigate to Non-Catalog page.
4. Add info to cart for line, then checkout to bring cart back to iProcurement.
5. From Edit and Submit Requisition page, select line and click on Update button.
6. From Requisition Information: Update Selected Line page, change Deliver to Location.
7. Price gets updated as 0 and stays at zero through the rest of the process.
8. Price remains same if requester clicks on Shopping Cart icon instead of selecting line and click on Update from Edit and Submit Requisition page after selecting item and checkout from Marketplace.
