IDV Order Amount At Header And Line Level Is Twice The Actual Order Value (Doc ID 2930902.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When an order is awarded, the amounts on the IDV Header and Lines are being doubled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected, IDV header and lines amount should not be doubled when an order is awarded.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> IDVs.
2. Create an IDV (Indefinite Delivery Vehicle) for $1000.
3. Create an Order (Award) referring to the IDV (created from step 2) for $50 and approve the award.
4. View Order Amount on the IDV Header and associated IDV Lines. Header and Line Level Order Amount should be $50. But it shows $100.
