While running the Delivery Details Data Load request in Full Load for the ECC Shipping Dashboard, the load request completes with following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to View menu -> Requests -> Submit a New Request.
3. Run the program 'ECC Run Data Load' to populate ECC Shipping Dashboard
4. Program will complete with above mentioned error in the log file
