Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Supplier Registration Issues
During supplier registration requests, when more than one credit reference is provided, the system returns the following error:

"Credit References" lacks a defined combination of fields whose values would uniquely identify a row of data for "Credit References" (i.e., a Unique Key).
Please ask your system administrator to fix this problem."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Supplier Management Administrator Respsonbility
2. Supplier Registration
3. Register New Supplier
4. Enter the Operating Unit, press Continue
5. Enter details, press Save & Continue
6. Enter Predicted Annual Spend
7. Press plus sign to add rows for credit references
8. Add multiple credit references and press Apply
9. Error appears
