Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, Modifiers Setup only

Modifier form showing error messages

Recently, After upgrading the Release from 12.2.9 to 12.2.11 Version, When opening the pricing modifier form it is showing error messages

ERROR

1. While form opening following 2 different error messages popups

ORA-01403: no data found
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-CREATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.
=======================================================

When click on Ok Button following error message popups
=======================================================
ORA-01426 numeric overflow in Package QP_Modifier_PVT
Procedure Process_Modifiers
=======================================================

When click on Ok Button error goes off.

When we trying to query the form following error message popup. This error record fires for every header.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Pricing > Modifiers
3. Open Define Modifier form
4. Error occurs
