Application Programming Interface (API)

API HR_ASSIGNMENT_API.UPDATE_EMP_ASG_CRITERIA is not working if user is trying to update one of the people group id segment and no error from the API


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created warper code using HR_ASSIGNMENT_API.UPDATE_EMP_ASG_CRITERIA Procedure to update the people group segment.
2. Executed the script but segment did not updated.
