Symptoms

Issue while applying EBS RUP(12.2.11) Patch 31856789.

The below error is found in one Adworker logs

Sequence AP.AP_PAYMENT_HIST_DISTS_S exists in database.
Sequence(s) in xdf-file & database match. No changes required.
Executing grants on AP_PAYMENT_HIST_DISTS_S to APPS
GRANT ALL ON AP.AP_PAYMENT_HIST_DISTS_S TO APPS WITH GRANT OPTION
Exception occured : ORA-06550: line 1, column 10:
PLS-00302: component 'APPS_DDL' must be declared
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_INST", line 191
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1721
