OM ECC Return Dashboard Data Security Handler Not Working in ECC V8 (Doc ID 2932839.1)

Symptoms

Using Multi Organization, and have assigned OM ECC return dashboard to a particular OU specific responsibility where MO Operating unit profile option is set.

When launching Order dashboard it is working fine and shows only OU specific data but Returns dashboard is showing all OU records.

Application Framework (OAF) > Orders Screen > responsibility -> Order Management, HTML User Interface ( custom responsibility )

Data Security is not working as expected for Return dashboard.
