Symptoms

When creating a credit application, the following error occurs:

The descriptive flexfield with application name Receivables (AR) and name Credit Financial Data (AR_CMGT_FIN_DATA) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Super User
Navigation: Application Tab

  1. Enter a new Credit Application and click on the Financial Data section and get the error.
