Symptoms

Cost Details Report is showing-Decimal point for the JPY currency data. For Japan, the amount should be a non decimal data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Japan Asset responsibility.
2. Run Asset Cost Details Report .
3. Notice that the decimal point is coming in the report output.
