Problem Statement:

After running 'Tax Year End Data Validation and Preprocess' concurrent program, the following error is displayed in the process log:

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ZA_EOY_VAL", line 430
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ZA_EOY_VAL", line 5019
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ZA_EOY_VAL", line 5758
ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_XML_GEN_PKG", line 37
ORA-06512: at line 1

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Under HRMS Manager Responsibility.

2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Change 'ID Number' value to an invalid format (for example: set new value to 'INVALID_ID') > Save using 'Correction Mode'.

3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run ‘Tax Year End Data Validation and Preprocess’ process.

4. Check log (View Log button) and observe above error.
