Packing Workbench Error Out With Message "Online transaction failed. Error in Txn Manager"

Symptoms
When using Packing Workbench form and intend to pack LPN against the materials in Receiving, every time getting the mentioned error and cannot find any error in "Pending Transaction" form as well.
ERROR
Online transaction failed.
Error in Txn Manager
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Warehouse Manager => Inbound Logistics => Receipts" and find Purchase Order to complete receiving
2. Navigate to "Warehouse Manager => Inventory Management => Material Transactions => Packing Workbench" and find material that get received
3. Generate a new LPN and enter the received material information
4. Click "Close LPN" to complete the LPN packing, will get the respective error
5. Navigate to "Warehouse Manager => Inventory Management => Material Transactions => Pending Transactions", and try to View open pending transactions, no record found there as well
