A Timecard Already Exists For This Time Period Error When Trying to Create a Timecard in OTL Self Service Responsibility (Doc ID 2934834.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When the employee attempts to create a new timecard in OTL (Oracle Time and Labour) Self Service Responsibility,
the following error occurs in Create Timecard page.

A timecard already exists for this time period.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to OTL Self Service responsibility.

  2. Navigate to Time > Recent Timecards > Create Timecard.
     
  3. Get error.
