Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run the Costing process,
the following error occurs in the View Run Messages of the Assignment Processes form.

No suspense account in pay_payrolls_f table.
Value XXX has expired.
invalid code combination:

GMFZT log is showing:

HR_7282_COST_NO_SUSP_ACNT
APP-PAY-07282: No suspense account in pay_payrolls_f table
	    In  { pyxipmt
message text = No suspense account in pay_payrolls_f table
.......
line_text = 43, No suspense account in pay_payrolls_f table
........
Value 105 has expired.
	    In  { pyxipmt
message text = Value 105 has expired.
........
line_text = 22, Value 105 has expired.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to HRMS Manager responsibility.

  2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a New Request > Costing > Fill in the parameters > Submit.
     
  3.  Navigate to View > Payroll Process Results > Fill in the Payroll > Find.

  4. Select the row with Type: Costing > Assignment Process > Search for the affected person or Status: Error > Select the row > Message.

  5. Observe the error.
