Unable To Override ATP Using Mass Change Form For Lines With Ship Set Error "One of the group attributes failed your scheduling attempt" (Doc ID 2935016.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update Schedule Ship Date and Override ATP using mass Change Form,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
One of the group attributes failed your scheduling attempt.
You tried to perform a scheduling action on a schedule group (ATO Configuration, Ship Complete Configuration, ,Ship Set or Arrival Set) and since one of the group members failed it caused the entire group to fail.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS >> Order Management Super user
2. Create a Sales Order with 5 lines.
3. Order is not scheduled ( Scheduled ship date is not populated )
4. Book the Order
5. Tools >> Mass Change
6. Update SSD and override flag = Y
7. Click on Ok
8. Getting below error message
One of the group attributes failed your scheduling attempt. You tried to perform a scheduling action on a schedule group (ATO Configuration, Ship Complete Configuration, ,Ship Set or Arrival Set) and since one of the group members failed it caused the entire group to fail.
9. We can see the SSD is populated only for one line.
