STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a long telephone number in the Person's Address which will cause the failure.
2. Open the People Screen and query back an ex-employee.
3. Click on the Address button and then expand the address field.
4. Verify the telephone number length.
