Symptoms

In upgraded instance to R12.2.X, performance issue is experienced in trying to query details of the Purchase Order (PO) in PO Entry form

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Purchase Orders Summary > Search for a PO
3. Click Open button
4. PO opens in PO entry form after a delay
