Mobile Field Service: The Problem Code And Resolution Code In The Service Request Screen Are Not Mandatory (Doc ID 2935999.1)

Symptoms


Find that 'Problem Code' and 'Resolution Code' in the Service Request screen in Mobile Field Service(MFS) client are not mandatory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MFS app.
2. Go to Service Requests and open a service request from the list.
3. Check the Problem Code and Resolution Code fields. They are not marked as mandatory( * sign not displayed for these fields).
