Quality Results from WO Completion are populated with status 1 in QA_RESULTS table (Doc ID 2936893.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Post upgrade from 12.2.7 to 12.2.11, quality results captured from EAM WO Completion are inserted in QA_RESULTS with status 1 and hence not visible from front end

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Quality results should be inserted with status 2 in QA_RESULTS table

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a collection plan with Assign Value actions, assign to MES txn
2. Perform WO completion and capture the qualitu results
3. Check if the actions work fine and the txn completed successfully
4. Validate if the quality results are inserted with status 2
