Performance Issue When Using the Advanced Search and Searching for the Covered Level 'Serial Number' (Doc ID 2937334.1)

Symptoms

When using the Advanced Search HTML page and searching by the Serial Number in the Covered Level section, it take about a minute to return the data. This search should happen in a few seconds.

STEPS
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility, navigate: Contract Administration > Contract Search
2. Click on the "Advanced Search" button.
3. Enter a Serial Number in the "Covered Level" section.
4. Click the Go button.
5. It takes 40 to 60 seconds to bring back the desired contract(s).
