ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Applied Patch 34114113: VIEW DETAILS ON A REQUEST SET CAUSES AN ERROR WITH VALUE SET IEX_VALID_ORGS.
When selecting either scheduled or pending request jobs in the Request Run form, it does not display results.
The form shows the following error message:
STEPS
-----------------------
Navigation:
Log into System Administrator responsibility.
Request -> View -> Select Specific Requests.
Select Status as Scheduled.
Click the Find button.
Receive error message.
or
Log into System Administrator responsibility.
Request -> View -> Select Specific Requests.
Select Phase as Pending.
Click the Find button.
Receive error message.
