ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Intragovernmental Request Tab not displaying IGT requisition information in Iprocurement
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need to create a IGT requisition using the GT & C
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement Responsibility
2. Click on Intragovernmental Request Tab
3. Do not see option for Non-Catalog request and GT & C information to create IGT requisition
4. Customer is not working with CLM application
5. The :ICX: Intragovernmental Request Access Role is assigned
