After Applying 12.1 CPU Patch, in the Main Appraisers Login, under the "Manage Appraisal" Task, No Subordinates or Appraisees Are Listed for Review or Evaluating Their Appraisals (Doc ID 2938643.1)

Symptoms

In the Main Appraisers login, for the current active performance management plan, under the "Manage Appraisal" task, no subordinates were listed to review or evaluate their appraisal.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as Main Appraiser into the application.

2. Navigate to Manager Self Service --> Performance Management.

3. In the launched page, against the current open plan click on "Manage Appraisal" task.

4. Observe that in the launched page, no subordinates were listed for reviewing or evaluating their appraisal.

5. Expect the subordinates to be shown or listed under the "Manage Appraisal" Task in the Main Appraiser's login so that he / she can review or evaluate their appraisal.

WORK AROUND:
----------------------------------

Supervisors has to go to the worklist to search for the notification from the Direct report and Update Appraisal by using the "Update Appraisal" Link.

Changes

 12.1 CPU Patches are applied in an instance whose HRMS Family pack is R12.HR_PF.B.delta.10 or lesser.
