Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, G-Invoicing

When running 'PRC: Process Mass submission performances for G-Invoicing' process, if user leaves 'From Order' and 'To Order' as null then expecting this process to pick-up all orders

Steps:
------
1. Login to Projects Billing Super User Responsibility
2. Navigate to Other> Requests> Run.
3. Submit the PRC: Process Mass submission performances for G-Invoicing process.
4. Enter all parameters and do not enter any value for 'From Order' and 'To Order' parameters
