Error in the Child Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers Program Missing Score Expect Exception (Doc ID 2938962.1)

Symptoms

When the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers program, letters are not created for all customer, or for some customers.  The dunning child program shows the following message for those customers:

IEX_CHILD_SEND_DUNNING: IEX: Child Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers

Missing Score
expect exception


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Requests > Submit New Request

  1. Submit the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers program.
  2. View the log files for the parent program (IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers) and for the child program (IEX: Child Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers).  The child program is spawned from the parent, and will contain any specific errors.
  3. Note the following message in the child log file:

    Missing Score
    expect exception
