Symptoms

When Submitting & Trying To Resubmitting Demand Processor (DSP) Receive Error:: Demand Schedule rejected -- Another schedule with same values for Trading Partner Code

Navigation: Release Management Responsibility > Release Management Workbench > Schedules with Error > Highlight Schedule you wish to resubmit > Tools Menu > Submit Demand Processor

Error :: Demand Schedule rejected -- Another schedule (Schedule Reference Num: 20230313-002, Status: Processed Successfully) with same values for Trading Partner Code XXXXXXXXX, Trading Partner Location XXXX and Issue Date 13-MAR-2023 00:00:00, but with higher EDI Control Numbers2-3 49-490001 has already been processed. This schedule demand is probably not current.

* Note:  Issue seems comparison of control numbers 2-3.

Both releases below for same TP received on 15-Mar-2023. Users processed the 49-490001 1st and now cannot process 310-3100001.

1. Login with Release Management Responsibility
2. Release Management Workbench > Schedules with Error > Highlight Schedule you wish to resubmit > Tools Menu > Submit Demand Processor
3. Control Numbers2-3 49-490001     03/13/2023 00:00:00   Processed Successfully    --- 1st submitted demand processor
4. Re-submitted from "Schedules with error" folder". Still errors.  310-3100001   03/13/2023 00:00:00  Processed with Error.       --- next.
